Michaela Kupfer

Michaela Kupfer is a researcher, advocate, and organizer whose work focuses on health equity, racial justice, and systems change. Drawing on a background in community-based public health, she is particularly interested in how narratives shape understandings of structural harm, collective responsibility, and the conditions necessary for communities to thrive. Throughout her career, Michaela has contributed to advocacy and movement-building efforts through strategy development, coalition-building, and political education.
