Carina Barnett-Loro

Carina Barnett-Loro (she/her) currently splits her time between Climate Cabinet and the NC Climate Justice Collective, working to build state and local-level infrastructure for clean energy solutions and climate resilience–including housing and transportation. Carina spent 10 years helping to launch, build, and grow the Climate Advocacy Lab and 6 years running local, state, and regional-level environmental campaigns with the Union of Concerned Scientists and North Carolina Sierra Club.
