Stephen Smith is an organizer with West Virginia Can’t Wait, a movement to win a people’s government in the Mountain State. The organization helps no-corporate-cash candidates run for office; governs alongside them when they win; and throws money and support behind West Virginians who are doing the work that government fails to do.
