Martha Grant has been supporting labor organizing campaigns since 2013 – first at AFSCME, then at Action Builder. She knows we can use human-centered tech alongside deep organizing practices to win big and win fast. In 2024 she founded Inscriptiv, a file sharing database optimized for CBAs to help locals share their best contract language quickly and seamlessly. When she’s not building tools, you can find her designing and launching new projects and programs to build our movement and meet the moment.
