Margie Del Castillo

Margie Del Castillo is a strategist, convener and organizer who brings a unique perspective grounded in 15+ years of movement organizing, deep relationships with state leaders across the country, and a clear vision for what it means to scale state-based power without losing connection to real people and places. She is the Executive Director of the State Power Caucus, where she leads national efforts to strengthen state-based power building. A former director at the National Latina Institute for Reproductive Justice, Margie has worked at the intersections of reproductive justice, immigrant rights, and racial equity. She is a proud Peruvian-American, a Rockwood Leadership Fellow, and holds degrees in Women’s Studies and Public Policy from George Washington University and The College of William & Mary.
