Diana Robinson

Before joining Make the Road Pennsylvania, Diana was the Union Semester Program Coordinator at the CUNY School of Labor and Urban Studies. Formerly she was the Leadership Development Coordinator at Food Chain Workers Alliance, a coalition of worker-based organizations whose members plant, harvest, process, pack, transport, prepare, serve, and sell food, organizing to improve wages and working conditions for all workers along the food chain. Prior to that, she was an Organizer and Food Policy Coordinator at the United Food and Commercial Workers Union Local 1500 on Long Island, New York. She is a labor educator and trainer teaching and facilitating courses at SUNY Empire State College on Race, Class, Gender, and Diversity in the Workplace. She is the daughter of immigrants from the Caribbean. Diana graduated from Queens College with a BA in Political Science and completed a master’s in labor studies from CUNY School of Labor and Urban Studies.
