Chanelle Gallant is the queer, eldest daughter of a poor single mom who has been fighting for sex workers and racial justice for over two decades. She is the co-author of Not Your Rescue Project: Migrant Sex Workers Fighting for Justice, was a co-founder and organizer with SURJ-Toronto between 2016-2020, and has authored dozens of articles and anthology chapters including in Pleasure Activism and Abolish Social Work (As We Know It).
