Carlos EC Hagedorn is a Xicano Filipino educator activist who co-founded the highly successful and transformative 5th-12th grade Ethnic Studies youth program, the Legacy Youth Project. He teaches in the Race and Resistance Studies Department at the College of Ethnic Studies, San Francisco State University.
