Marzena Zukowska
Marzena Zukowska (they/them) is an organizer, communications strategist, and the co-editor of Liberation Stories: Building Narrative Power for 21st Century Social Movements (aff) (New Press, 2025). For a decade, Marzena has developed narrative and organizing strategies for leading social and political movements in the United States, the UK, and Europe. They are the co-founder and co-director of POMOC, a UK-based immigrant rights organization that builds progressive power among Eastern Europeans. In previous roles, they served as the media director at the National Domestic Workers Alliance, a trustee at Migrants Organise and Migrant Democracy Project, and a leadership team member at the Radical Communicators Network. Marzena is a queer, nonbinary Polish immigrant who was born in Białystok, Poland, and grew up undocumented in Chicago, United States.
