Ma-Riah Roberson-Moody is a rank-and-file member of Minneapolis Federation of Teachers Local 59 who served as ESP (Educational Support Professionals) Bargaining Lead during the strike and currently. Her role in the district is an Anti-Bias Anti-Racist (ABAR) ESP mentor. These positions were won in the contract fight, they are district advocates for ESP with a focus on helping ESP address inequitable practices, policies and behaviors within Minneapolis Public Schools.
