Josh Poe

Josh Poe is the founder of the Kentucky Tenant Union. Josh holds a Masters Degree in Urban Planning and learned to organize as a child laborer in tobacco fields in Eastern Kentucky. He has lead campaigns that won collectively bargained leases for tenants in Kentucky and passed legislation to protect communities under threat of displacement. He is currently working with the Tenant Union Federation to build tenant unions across the US South.
