Jane McAlevey is an organizer and author. After 25 years in the field, she began writing about how to win hard organizing campaigns. She is currently a senior fellow at the University of California at Berkeley’s Labor Center and the strike correspondent for The Nation. She leads a global organizing training program through the Rosa Luxemburg Stiftung, which has brought together more than 25.000 workers from 110 countries since 2020.
