The child of Salvadoran immigrants, Jack Suria Linares was born and raised in Los Angeles, where he currently resides. He received his master’s degree in Labor Studies at the CUNY-Murphy Institute, School of Labor and Urban Studies in New York City, and works in electoral campaigns. He currently serves in DSA’s International Secretariat and DSA-LA’s Steering Committee.
