Cathy Albisa is the Vice President of Institutional and Sectoral Change, leading Race Forward’s work with government and government institutions at the federal, regional, and local levels across sectors. She also serves on the Human Rights Commission in New York City and has published widely on economic and social rights, racial and gender justice, and human rights.
